Delete your Rafeek account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and the personal data linked to it. This cannot be undone.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Rafeek and sign in.
Go to the More tab (your profile).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app

Email contact@rafeek.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Rafeek account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in (email, Google or Apple).
Your profile name and photo.
Your favorites and free-guide selections.
Subscription records and notification device tokens held by Rafeek.

What is kept

Support requests and issue reports you sent are kept for our records, with your account reference removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.
Guides downloaded to your phone are removed from the device when the account is deleted from inside the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by Rafeek. Cancel it first from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may continue to be charged.
